By accessing or using Code Capital & Coffee (a PROVN GROUP company), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Coffee Club"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (Monthly or Annually). All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Code Capital & Coffee. The business breakdowns, templates, and playbooks are for your personal and professional use, but may not be resold or redistributed without permission.

4. AI Tools Usage

Our platform includes AI-powered tools. You agree not to use these tools for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content that is abusive, discriminatory, or infringes on third-party rights. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend access to AI tools for excessive usage.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Code Capital & Coffee, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
