1. Digital Products and Subscriptions

Due to the digital nature of our content (business breakdowns, playbooks, templates, and AI tools), we have a strict No Refund Policy. Once a digital good has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed, it cannot be "returned," and therefore no refunds will be issued.

2. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy are only made in the event of double-billing errors or technical issues originating on our platform that prevent you from accessing the digital goods you purchased. In such rare cases, please contact us at prithishmisrabusiness@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Indian Jurisdiction

This policy is compliant with standard practices for digital goods in India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
