TheDayHR is an all-in-one Human Resource Management System (HRMS) built for startups, SMEs, retail businesses, and multi-branch organizations. The platform brings together employee management, attendance tracking, leave management, payroll-ready data, document management, and built-in team communication into one seamless workspace.
My professional journey began in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, where I spent more than eight years helping organizations make data-driven decisions through reporting, automation, and enterprise solutions. During this time, I worked closely with business leaders and HR teams, giving me firsthand exposure to the operational challenges they face every day.
One recurring problem stood out: businesses were managing their workforce using multiple disconnected systems. Employee information lived in spreadsheets, attendance was tracked separately, payroll required manual effort, and internal communication happened over WhatsApp or other external messaging apps. This fragmented approach reduced productivity and made workforce management unnecessarily complex.
Rather than building another traditional HRMS, I envisioned a platform that would centralize HR operations and workplace communication. That vision became TheDayHR— a modern HR platform designed to simplify daily HR activities while improving collaboration across teams.
As Founder & CEO, I lead product strategy, customer discovery, business development, and technology planning. I work closely with customers to understand their challenges and ensure every feature addresses real business needs. From product design and roadmap planning to fundraising, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy, I remain deeply involved in every aspect of building the company. Today, TheDayHR is focused on empowering growing businesses with affordable, intelligent, and scalable HR technology.

Top Advice
Don't build products based on assumptions. Spend time understanding customer problems before writing a single line of code. The best products are built by listening to users, iterating continuously, and staying committed even when progress feels slow.
Wish I Knew Earlier
Building a startup requires much more than technical expertise. Product development is only one part of the journey. Learning sales, marketing, fundraising, hiring, customer success, and leadership has been equally important. The biggest lesson has been that customers don't buy features—they buy solutions to their problems.
