"Building intelligent technologies that solve real-world problems. Developing globally competitive deep-tech innovations from India."
Startup Description LogicBoots Pvt. Ltd. was founded by Amit Kumar Singh and Swarnlata Singh with a mission to build intelligent technologies that solve real-world problems. The inspiration came from a deeply personal experience—losing a close family member due to delayed diagnosis. That moment sparked a vision to make healthcare more accessible through artificial intelligence and advanced engineering. What began as a robotics startup developing autonomous solutions for industry and home automation has evolved into a deep-tech company focused on AI-powered healthcare, robotics, and intelligent infrastructure. Over the past six years, the team has built technologies ranging from robotic vacuum cleaners and AI solutions for Indian Railways to Coeur.ai, an AI-powered wireless wellness device designed to transform preventive health monitoring. Today, LogicBoots is a Government of India–recognized startup supported by leading innovation ecosystems, with operations expanding globally through its U.S. headquarters.
Founder Journey Swarnlata Singh's entrepreneurial journey began with a simple yet powerful belief—that entrepreneurship should create lasting social impact. Before co-founding LogicBoots, she established a school in her native village in Bihar to provide quality education to children in underserved communities. The school continues to operate today, reflecting her long-standing commitment to empowering society through education.
After her marriage, she joined hands with her husband, Amit Kumar Singh, to build LogicBoots Pvt. Ltd. with a vision of developing globally competitive deep-tech innovations from India. In the company's early days, when access to capital was limited, Swarnlata made the courageous decision to sell her personal jewelry to help finance the startup. That sacrifice became one of the foundations upon which LogicBoots was built.
As Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, she has been instrumental in building the company's operations, partnerships, business strategy, and global outreach. Under her leadership, LogicBoots has grown from a small robotics startup into a Government of India-recognized deep-tech company delivering AI-powered solutions across healthcare, robotics, and critical infrastructure. Today, LogicBoots works with two Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), including Indian Railways, while expanding its portfolio of AI-driven technologies. Its flagship innovation, Coeur.ai, is an AI-powered wireless wellness device aimed at enabling accessible and preventive healthcare through intelligent acoustic analysis.
The company's innovation has received significant national and international recognition. LogicBoots was selected among the Top 18 startups globally for the prestigious SISU Launchpad Accelerator in Finland and represented India as an official exhibitor at Viva Technology (VivaTech), Paris. The company was also selected among the Top 4 finalists at the ITU AI for Good India Innovation Factory. Swarnlata's journey demonstrates that resilience, purpose, and determination can turn bold ideas into innovations with worldwide impact.
How did the idea originate? LogicBoots was born from a combination of personal experience and a desire to solve meaningful real-world problems through technology. After losing a close family member due to delayed diagnosis, we realized how critical early detection and accessible healthcare are, especially in underserved communities. That experience inspired us to explore how artificial intelligence and engineering could help make healthcare more proactive and accessible. Before focusing on healthcare, we built robotics and AI solutions for industries and public infrastructure. Working closely with customers helped us develop deep expertise in embedded systems, AI, and intelligent hardware. Those learnings eventually led us to create Coeur.ai. From the very beginning, our mission has remained the same: to build affordable, globally scalable deep-tech solutions that solve real problems and create lasting social impact.
Journey before becoming a founder Before becoming a founder, my journey was rooted in entrepreneurship and community impact. I started by establishing a school in my native village in Bihar with the vision of providing quality education to children in underserved communities. The school continues to operate today and remains one of my proudest achievements. Looking back, every stage of my journey—from running a village school to building an internationally recognized startup—has been driven by one belief: entrepreneurship is about creating meaningful impact, solving real problems, and building something that outlives you.
Biggest Challenge Faced The biggest challenge was building a deep-tech hardware startup with extremely limited financial resources while earning market trust. Developing advanced AI-powered hardware required years of R&D, repeated prototyping, and significant investment, yet access to funding in the early stages was limited. To keep the company alive, we made personal sacrifices, including investing our own savings and selling personal jewelry to finance the business. Instead of waiting for external funding, we focused on generating revenue through engineering and AI projects for industrial and public sector clients, including Indian Railways. This revenue allowed us to continue investing in the development of our flagship innovation, Coeur.ai.
Another major challenge was balancing innovation with global commercialization. Building a medical-grade technology involves navigating clinical validation, regulatory pathways, manufacturing, and international market entry simultaneously. Despite these hurdles, LogicBoots has grown into a globally recognized deep-tech startup. These challenges strengthened our resilience and reinforced our belief that perseverance, customer validation, and disciplined execution are just as important as innovation itself.
Advice for Young Builders Start before you feel ready. You don't need perfect conditions, a large team, or significant funding to begin—you need a real problem worth solving and the determination to keep going. Build products that create genuine value rather than chasing trends. Listen to your customers, validate your ideas early, and don't be afraid to pivot when the market teaches you something new. Revenue and customer trust are stronger validation than hype.
Most importantly, treat failure as part of the journey. Every setback teaches lessons that no classroom can. Stay consistent, keep learning, and remember that building a meaningful company is a marathon, not a sprint. Dream globally, build relentlessly, and let your impact speak louder than your pitch.
