Timeline
Background Before Enablerz: Before starting Enablerz, I spent over a decade in Corporate Talent Development, EdTech, HRTech, Product Management, and Learning & Development, working closely with organizations to solve workforce and capability challenges. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of how people learn, grow, and perform at work. Along the way, I also built two startups that didn't succeed, but each one taught me lessons about technology, markets, and resilience. Those experiences ultimately prepared me to build Enablerz with a stronger sense of purpose and a much clearer understanding of the problem we wanted to solve.
The Origin Story: The idea for Enablerz came from one of the most difficult phases of our lives. During COVID, my wife and I lost our jobs shortly after investing all our savings into our first home while raising our young twins. We weren't looking for another startup—we were looking for clarity. Coaching gave us a different way of thinking, but we quickly realized that quality coaching was expensive, difficult to access, and available to only a small fraction of people.
That experience sparked a simple question: Why should clarity be a privilege? We envisioned a future where AI and human coaches could work together to make coaching personalized, scalable, and accessible. That question became Enablerz.
Founder Journey: I've always been drawn to building. Before Enablerz, I founded two startups—each teaching me lessons that no classroom or corporate role ever could. One taught me that being early can feel the same as being wrong, while the other reinforced that resilience matters more than early success. Alongside my entrepreneurial journey, I spent over a decade in Talent Development, Product Management, and HRTech, working closely with organizations and people navigating growth and change. Every experience, whether success or failure, shaped my conviction that meaningful businesses are built by solving problems you've deeply understood, not just identified. Today, I'm building Enablerz with that same mindset—playing the long game and creating something that can positively impact millions.

Top Advice
Don't build a startup because it's fashionable—build because you genuinely care about solving a problem. There will be moments when funding doesn't come, customers say no, and progress feels painfully slow. In those moments, your conviction matters more than your confidence. Focus on creating real value, listen to your users, and remember that consistency over years beats intensity over weeks.
Wish I Knew Earlier
The biggest challenge wasn't building the product—it was continuing to build when there was no certainty that it would work. Bootstrapping for years, hearing "no" more often than "yes," balancing family responsibilities, and staying committed to a long-term vision tested me in every possible way. Looking back, those years shaped not just the company but also the kind of founder I've become. They taught me patience, resilience, and the importance of building with purpose instead of chasing shortcuts.
