Startup Description A slow beauty brand promoting skincare like never before. Asking for Less routines, less toxic ingredients and less complicated products. Launched India's first tube in tube cleanser which acts like a makeup remover and daily face wash for sensitive skin with no hormone disrupting ingredients. Future products will also be designed the same way.

Founder Journey A fashion enthusiast turned into a skincare/beauty writer. Started my journey as a fashion stylist, writer at companies like AZA fashion and Rockystar. Then turning into marketer to a beauty writer at ELLE India and marketing head at a skincare brand. That’s where the love and knowledge of skincare/beauty came from! After 2 years of research and countless trials with manufacturers we came up with one solid product. Made in India and curated for Indian women, teens and men.

How did the idea originate? While researching this thought came in: why is there a separate category of products for pregnant women and teens? So I looked at the ingredients and realised why! The hormone disrupting ingredients. That’s when I found the solution to all my doubts. How is it even safe for everyone then? Lesscare was Born from this ideology to be safe for all.

Journey before becoming a founder Been working in the skincare and fashion industry for around 5 years.

Biggest Challenge Faced The competitive market. It’s becoming inspirational to outright copy of brands. Difficult to breakthrough all the brands launching 10 products in a month.

Advice for Young Builders Keep moving ahead come what may if you believe in your product, striving for things one at a time and to never compare your journey with other people or brands.
