Background Before Innhance: Before starting Innhance, I began my professional journey at IBM, where I initially worked as a Sales & Marketing Intern. Over time, I transitioned into Project Management, which gave me valuable exposure to business operations, stakeholder management, and technology-driven problem-solving.
Following that, I co-founded Reach Rockerz, a digital marketing agency, where I led the technology side of the business and worked closely on building scalable digital solutions for clients. This experience provided firsthand insight into how businesses leverage technology to drive growth and improve customer engagement.
The combination of my experience in sales, project management, technology, and entrepreneurship ultimately led me to start Innhance, with the vision of helping hotels transform guest communication, increase direct bookings, and enhance the overall guest experience through AI and WhatsApp automation.
First Paying Customer Story: Our first paying customer came through pure hustle and belief in the vision. I traveled to Rishikesh and personally visited hotels to understand their challenges and pitch Innhance directly to decision-makers. After multiple conversations and product demonstrations, one hotel saw the potential of what we were building and decided to come on board as our first client. That moment was a major validation for us: it proved that the problem was real and that hotels were willing to invest in a solution that could improve guest communication and operational efficiency.
